After I got to work this morning I looked in Excel and here's what you do. Use the Chart Wizard to creat the graph. Under chart type select "XY". Now, use your dB measurments for the y-axis and the frequency values for the x-axis. At this point excel will make a chart with both axes in arithmetic format. After you've finished with the chart wizard, go to the chart and right-click on the x-axis. A dialogue will pop up which says "format axis". Select this and you'll find the option to set the x-axis to logarithmic. Good luck.
