For RIAA eq, I highly recommend Rel-Cap TFT Teflon caps. They come in 1% tolerance and have a variety of voltage ratings. I preferred the TFT caps over V-Cap TFTF in my tube phono, which is a very high recommendation since I love V-Caps just about everywhere else. PartsConnexion carries the TFT caps.
If you need a non-standard value, I would use two TFT caps in parallel that are as close to each other in value as possible. I would never use two caps of different type such as a Gen 1 and Rel-Cap.
