Quint....First I have to ask some questions: Do you think you have a problem? If you do how have you come to the conclusion? If the results are positive how do you plan to mitigate it?I'm not disavowing these working. I had a problem in a plant I was working in at the time trying to quiet electrical noise on a signal line caused by a VFD that would spike voltage high enough to falsely trip an alarm. I spent a week trying capacitors to shunt the noise to ground (look up capacitive reactance)with partial success. They bought in a specialty outfit that put ferrite beads everywhere until the alarm trip stopped. I'll bet they spent over $20,000 between me and them when for about the same money they could have moved the wire.
Just sayin'
