I'm afraid I can't offer a direct comparison, but I have owned both the Tenderfeet and Isonodes--albeit at different times, under different gear.
As I recall, the Isonodes were pretty good under an early Oppo universal player, but I ultimately replaced them with a set of Clearaudio Magix, which were clearly on a different plane performance-wise (but at a staggering cost).
I've always liked HAL's Tenderfeet. I use them under my integrated amp and Oppo 103D in my second system, and I've had no serious desire to change or upgrade. Can it get better? Yes. You could get into Stillpoints, Marigo Bearfeet, magnetic repulsion, and things like that, but they will COST you . . . big time. The HAL stuff is really, really good, and priced fairly for the performance it offers.
Sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck!
This is a public service announcement . . . WITH GUITARS!!!
