I also use Caig Pro Gold. Mian deal is to wipe it off pretty good..

The positive effect are really a layer only a molecule deep. So wiping the stuff OFF is a big deal.
Not actually destroying the remaining layer, just to make it as thin as possible. A good wiping down with a soft paper towel (Viva) does it for me.
