There are lots of analytical labs out there; however narrowing down the choices will save $$ and volume- assuming you want some left after the testing.
To DeKay's point, Big Universities have the resources and you may even get students to do it for free/cheep-
Stanford's Mass Spec lab is very well known and respected here on the left coast-
