I use two 100uF 25v Silmic II cap, back to back in serie -++- to simulate a bipolar cap, as the output cap of my Revox CD player.
It might be just placebo effect, who knows, but to my ears it sounds better, more open and less distorted, than a single polar 100uF Silmic II I had previously tried. I'm using stand offs made of a slice of power cord isolation gain as a support trough wich the two negative leads go to the PCB. The positive leads are soldered togetehr in the air. Looks ugly but sounds good.
