Clarity MR cap and outer foil

I recent got some Clarity MR cap. I tried to determine if there is an outer foil for this capacitor using procedure mentioned here. I have been very familiar with this procedure

To my surprise, I cannot determine which is the outer foil. That lead me to believe that the Clarity MR cap is winded in such a way that there is no Outer foil.

Can anyone confirm or comment on this ?
