Well, let me start by saying, CHINA SUCKS!

Class A soft start delay temperature protection board (with switch function) on Ebay.

It's a soft start and does a great job with the soft start turn on but it doesn't want to turn off. You have to wait about 30 seconds before the momentary closure will work to turn off the amp. Not good if sparks are flying and your trying to shut down an amp.....
It appears to be using a 555 timer.
Changing the 2uf cap appears to shorten the cycle somewhat but too low and it only shuts down one relay for a second before it recycles. These are in the reset circuit.
Anyone have any experience with this POS?
