The Mapleshade approach seems to do the trick, but there may be similar options less.
I wa going to do the matching cherry stain, but when I saw the total without, I changed my mind! The REL delivers the goods with 32hz and below. Tight, realistic and no rattling or boom.
This is behind the listening position about equal distance of the floorstanders.edit: I'm looking at the picture and realize the footers are a far cry from what the looked like years ago. Time for a touch up with Brasso!
