Wiki says Nitrogen is ~78% of the atmosphere, whereas C12 (in CO2) is .04%.

By coincidence, 0.04% by volume is roughly the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Are there not influential figures in the US, European and UN polities who want us to send several blank cheques to this or that address to resolve ever-so-serious issues caused by its presence?
