Here is my review/opinion of the Mad Scientists "Magic Tubes".
I received the 2 freebies plus I ordered and have just received the 12 pack.
Audio
I first tried the 2 freebies on my HiDiamond interconnects and right away they added great dynamics. But, after a day I discovered the treble had been subdued. Must have been too strong for that location.
With using the 12 pack, I placed 2 on my main circuit breaker and additional ones on each of my 3 dedicated circuit breakers. This location has proved to be a plus in audio and video quality. I wonder if it will lower my electric bill? Highly recommended placement.
Video
I placed one each on my Redmere HDMI cables in the back of my 85" UHD Samsung and another on my Cable Modem. Very nice improvement of picture quality. Highly recommended placement.
I am currently trying 4 of them on my HiDiamond Biwire speaker cables, I'll give it a few days there as I evaluate that location.
