The bypass is 100nf not pf. That's 0.1ufd, plenty big enough. A better quality cap would do here. Poly film like a Wima or Epcos MKP would work.
If you can get it to fit you could replace the 10ufd with a film cap, but I doubt it will help much. This amp has so much in the signal path, one little capacitor is not going to make a huge difference.
