I like to use Avatar as my test video, even the standard DVD.The CGI graphics often have color bleed which the BGT eliminates. Also CGI means a great deal of fine detail lies in the background: leaves, bark and such. The BGT certainly exposes those fine details. Also and more importantly motion artifacts are significantly reduced
Actually in using the BGT I no longer seek to buy the top line flat screens and simply add more BGT. They work extremely well on the source component, too BTW sometime better than on the set itself.
