Erse coils roll off the highs and don't have much clarity.....you want 12 gauge wax coil from Jantzen...for mids and 16 gauge for tweeter. Use higher value nude Vishay resistor to bypass power resistor for much better highs. Bypass the main caps with silver oil mundorf or modified Wima caps. Go into the inside of the coils and out the outside. Make sure the caps are oriented so the outside foil is to ground or the output.Remove xover from box and hardwire everything. Make sure xover parts are relatively damped. You don't want any dangling parts.....all leads short and if possible use cotton sleeving on solid core bare wires to keep them form vibrating. Use ground enhancer type goodies right on the drivers...much better clarity.
You can never tweak enough!
