The Mundorf SIO cap is the best tweeter xover cap I have heard, and I've tried quite a few. It is definitely more airy and detailed than the Supreme. Whether or not it will be the best for your tweeter cannot be reliably predicted; there are very few "standard rules" for selecting individual components.
You gave no information about the speakers themselves, but the ultimate solution is a better tweeter. That will ALWAYS make a bigger difference than any xover component or wire. I guess that might qualify as a standard rule.
You could also try Caddock thick film "MP" resistors with a small heatsink. I like their sound better than Duelund or Mills or the cheaper Mundorf's, and they're not very expensive.
High frequencies also come from the upper midrange, so don't neglect that driver.
