RE: Aptitlig Boards are wondeful

That inexpensive Aptitlig bamboo board looks like a very tweak-worthy product to explore. Thanks for the heads-up, guys.

The Farberware bamboo cutting board you pointed to is similar in size to what I use under my power line conditioner/distributor array for my main audio system. Two 14" x 20" x 3/4" bamboo boards are stacked one on top of the other, with a set of four Herbie's Audio Lab Big Fat Dots placed between them (another option would be set of four 10mm thick carbon fiber composite discs with a Herbie's Audio Lab Thin grungebuster Dot affixed both under and on top of each carbon fiber composite disc), while the bottom board is spiked to the floor with a set of four Madisound Yung YLC carpet-piercing brass tiptoes affixed with threaded inserts on the underside of the bottom bamboo board. Additionally, a set of four Herbie's Audio Lab Tenderfoot feet are positioned under each of the power line conditioners, placed on top of the stacked bamboo boards. I find the configuration provides an uncolored, rock-solid sonic signature with a good sense of speed and clarity when placed on a carpeted floor.

BTW, I have found a goodly number of deep-discounted boards at my local Ross, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx stores, including smaller boards for use under small footprint audio components and power supplies.
