regarding the fuse issue. It turns out on the four rail fuses that the current flows from the backside/cap of the holder to the inside on all four of them. (2+/2-)
I Thought it pretty cool that the tech called me. The official company line is they do not recommend using non UL approved fuses and he noted that he has a few after market high end fuses and they have different dimensions.
That response does not surprise me. Nice to get a call though.
