You have a few options-
there are fine screws for uses other than audio -
I do not know the thread for the cartridge in the picture - but you may be able to find a thread that will fit through the existing holes -
one of the more common small diameter machine screws is 4-40, #4 diameter (0.1120" max OD) at 40 threads per inch, and there are others - including metric fasteners.
You might try one of the on-line houses (Needle Dr., Music Direct, etc. ) and see what they have for generic mounting hardware - or universal mounting hardware...
