RE: Sonic characteristerics of Oyaide C-237 and C-246

Oyaide P-079 AC plug matched with Oyaide C-246 IEC connector should be ideal. The plating schemes of each connector provide good synergy, not unlike the classic Oyaide SWO-XXX AC outlet mated with an Oyaide P-79 AC plug. The Oyaide C-237 may sound too "Hi-Fi-ish" and bland, with a lackluster midrange characteristic. I wouldn't go that route. YMMV
