I just recently built a new PC for my PurePower regenerator. It has the C-237 on the regenerator end, and I opted for P-004 on the other end and Tunami V2 in between. The P4 plugs into an R1 at the wall. If you are looking for more or less the opposite characteristic of the P79, I think I'd go for the C-246, although the C-237 would mate well with the P79 too. The silver/rhodium combo in the 246 might well brighten things up if sound is now a little too dark for your tastes. The Tunami is some serious cable, but a royal PITA to work with. Fitting it into the clamps on the C-237 was not that difficult, but for some reason getting it to fit in the clamps on the P4 was a bitch.
