There is a seller : hipp-modern-builders selling a lot of them. Average price about $6 but the postage is up there. If you buy a lot perhaps you can negotiate a lower shipping price. Be careful not to buy the plastic ones: you want the brass chrome plated (actually nickel) models.

There should be something available in the more boutique plumbing fixture stores as the tailpieces are usually visible, unless in a cabinet.
