You are comparing apples to oranges.

The Bryston BIT5 is an isolation transformer with surge suppression protection added to the secondary load side of the isolation transformer.
The steady available power of the secondary of the transformer is solely dependent on the ability of the 120V mains branch circuit wiring to deliver a constant steady power. There in, a steady state non sagging fluctuating line voltage to the primary winding of the isolation transformer of Bryston BIT5. So if you are playing a music source fairly loud that has high dynamic passages the power supply of the Rogue Sphinx integrated amp it will draw more current from the secondary winding of the Bryston BIT5 isolation transformer which will be directly passed onto the primary winding of the isolation transformer. IF the branch circuit wiring feeding the transformer is not able to deliver a constant steady voltage due to VD, voltage drop, that may result from the primary of the transformer needing to draw more short spurts of current, that could/will affect the Rogue Sphinx integrated amp SQ.

The PS Audio Power Plant 3 is a regenerator. It takes the mains 120V AC power and converts it to DC where I assume it is connected to electrolytic caps. The DC is then turned back into 120V AC power. The electrolytic caps in the DC power supply work like storage batteries and will smooth out any 120V AC line sags fluctuations keeping the output power steady. Of course providing the unit is not loaded above its rated output.

Just a guess, not having owned either one, The regenerator may do a better job of delivering a constant steady voltage to an audio equipment connected load where the mains 120V branch circuit is only a 15 amp convenience outlet receptacle circuit.

Now if the mains 120V branch circuit is a dedicated circuit, especially if the wiring is #10 wire, then there will not be any VD.

I would recommend you first install at least one 20 amp dedicated branch circuit with a good quality duplex receptacle for your audio equipment before spending your money on any power conditioner. A dedicated branch circuit with a good quality duplex receptacle will do wonders for the SQ of your audio system. Two dedicated branch circuits even better imo. One for the Rogue Sphinx integrated amp, the other for the Marantz 8005.
