I used 3 MSA Blackpod footers under my upgraded Cambridge 840C CD player in my headphone system and it made a great improvement in sound quality. I did not expect any audible improvement before this (no expectations). Further, I compared them with the (3) Stillpoints Ultra Minis under this CDP and it was clear the Blackpods were worth the asking price, and, better value than the Ultras. I repeated the A/B several times and it was very obvious that the results were the same. Whatever you do, do not stay with the stock footers....
