I don't know anything about your amplifier or that brand of cap. One thing I know is that you should use the same value capacitance, but voltage is probably not critical, depending on the design. If it is a true coupling cap in the signal path to block DC, then voltage is of no concern. The value is small enough (.01uF is incredibly small for a coupling cap--does this "bypass" a larger electrolytic cap?) that you can buy several brands and experiment to find the one best suited to your system and taste. Mundorf Supreme is certainly one of many respectable brands. There are lots of resources available to investigate others, including plenty of threads here. If .01uF is really all you need, you might investigate polystyrene caps from Parts Connexion or eBay.
