If you're going to increase the cabinet volume, you're going to need to make the port shorter to maintain the same tuning. To determine what that might be you'll need the Thiele/Small numbers for the woofer, or you'll need the gear to determine them yourself. You won't need to mess with the crossover unless aging electrolytic capacitors need to be replaced with film types. Why increase the cabinet size?
