Hi

I am going to replace a 14 years old power filter capacitors feeding the audio board and one that feeds to the LASER in my PHILIPS CDP.

My question is does it make any difference if I use filter cap 10000 uf x 16v cap with low ESR, or just any cap with low ESR. Don't know which brand is better than others in this application so if someone can recommend one please.
