In an effort to distract from the present MSA "frenzy", I thought I would offer this as a diversion.
Three months ago I rebuilt the power supply for my Denon dac. There were four regulators on the board, +- 15v and +- 5v. The 15v supplied the juice for the 5v. (dual regulation) The chipset on these new reg's are manufactured be Texas Instruments. There is a data sheet, for those inclined. I recommend these for anyone who wants to try doing this, as the price speaks for itself. Also, the pinout is the same as the old parts. Very easy to do...
