Sure. But you were referring to a screwing hazard and so was I. Incidentally there's no point in substituting brass for the stainless retaining screws that hold the box to the wall because there's no sonic advantage and the brass tends to bend under pressure there.
Previously found that wrapping 3M AB5100S around the internal ground wires of an amplifier improved the clarity and immediacy of the sound. Have just tested that wrapping the last 1.5" of the Romex ground wire with 3M AB5100S just before connection to the AC wall outlet further reveals the vibrance/ vitality of live performance in the recording.
