The vibrations affecting your cabinet are not coming from the floor, especially if you have a concrete floor.
Whatever "cabinet" you are using sounds like it is vibrating in sympathy with vibrations already captured at the cabinet or perhaps the components via air-borne and internally-generated vibrations.
Pine as you know is a rather soft wood and is probably far worse than MDF which sucks.
Considering the pine softwood, there's little I would consider doing with the cabinet. If wood is a must for you, try shopping for a hard maple or oak but even that is only marginally better than pine.
For my executions, even brass is far too slow to transfer resonant energy.
Your best bet is to search for a steel or at least a T-6061 aluminum type cabinet and ensure its properly anchored to your flooring system.
At the very, very least, you need significant rigidity and heft. And that is just to start.
