Try soft rubber caps on the feet of your stand and then a medium rubber
pad between those and your floor . It works for me .
I used rubber caps on the ends of my legs and carpet furniture protectors under those . All available at Walmarts for a couple of dollars .
My components are using the rubber feet that they came with .
Maybe try hanging a heavy rug/blanket behind the cabinet and put a rubber door mat under everything above that is under your cabinet .
You could be getting vibration from the street traffic outside . Make sure that the gasket at the bottom of your garage door is soft/pliable and making good contact with the slab .
Good luck
