It's my favorite because it took me out of the "tweaks are stupid" camp and taught me to try everything before scoffing.
Silver conductive grease. Placed on every connection (ICs, tube pins, speaker connections, etc.) being careful not to short anything of course.
The resulting difference astounded me. To this day I keep a tube of this stuff in my bag of tricks. It not only improves the sound in a dramatic fashion, it lubricates and protects the metal, so it kills several birds.
