running 300ohm headphones from set amp speaker out

I came across this schematic table for resistors to match ohm levels so you can use the speaker outputs for headphones. None of the table are for 300ohm headphones(HD600) I have a DIY set amp at about 4 watts into 8ohms. Can anyone help with the correct resister values?
