I verified that 120VAC is making it to the first soldered connections inside the unit. I also verified that the power switch is closing. But the unit does not power up. Hopefully there is a fusible link as you have mentioned. I will take a look later today. Thanks!
BTW, there are 4 glass fuses on the main pcb. All 4 of those were verified to be good as well.
