RE: Where to Custom Cryo in 2014 ????

Some guidelines for what equipment can be cryo'd are:
Do not treat components that have oil in them or epoxy.
This rules out equipment with oil based capacitors and Cd players (unless you remove the laser head assembly- epoxy glued).
I have had an entire amp treated- an Eddie Current Zana Deux tube amp. I liked the results. Sennheiser 650 headphones- excellent. Crossover networks- excellent. Horn compression drivers- send in only the diaphragm as the cryo will loosen the epoxy attached center magnet (2 ruined drivers until I realized the epoxy problem).

I have not tried Helium- should be a greater effect.

All my equipment has been done at Cryogenics International.
