I've been doing business with him since 1997 or so, and still find him to be 10 stars in professionalism and promptness.
And by the way, regarding doing boxes of material *without* opening them (as mentioned by Awe-d-o-file)....that won't happen with Charles. He inspects every shipment for damage prior to treatment, and even opens some packaging where practical (like a ziplock bag) and uncurls spools of heavy cable to allow the LN2 to properly circulate around the parts or cabling. That's a bunch of labor he's not charging for. In short, Charles is a class act.
