Exactly what will happen depends on where you set the corners, the order of the filters, and the response of both your main and sub.

But what the heck, it's all reversible. Either measure or just listen and play around if you've a mind to. If you carefully note where things are now you can always get back.

After all, stereos are just toys... But GOOD toys!
