I'm using a 13.8v linear DC power supply, in a just completed PCL86 SE amplifier.
I used a small chassis, so space was at a premium, thus the outboard heater power supply.
This was my first foray into DC heaters, and so far.....I'm impressed with the results.
Whether this will translate into....'better sound'....in your system, is anyone's guess?
