Just buy film caps of the correct capacitance and at least the original voltage. Don't worry about matching, as any difference between in value between the film caps (almost certainly less than one percent) will be swamped by the tolerance in the original bipolar electrolytics, which ran 10 percent if you were lucky. You're right not to replace the inductors, and test the power resistors before replacing--they're probably fine. I wouldn't worry about accounting for ESR, and it's extremely doubtful that the original designers did (initially it would have been in the millohms or 10s of millohms).
