I found it in small batches on eBay a few years ago. Can't find the source now, but that's where you should try.

FWIW, I used it with pink tourmaline and silica as I recall in a matrix to line an outlet strip I made. The strip had so many filtering schemes in it that I couldn't tell you if the carborundum worked specifically. But the manufacturer that sells this configuration commercially to audiophiles claims it does.
