I do a lot of quick 2 sided boards to try stuff. I use Advanced Circuits in Colorado www.4pcb.com
If you can live with no silk screen or solder mask, they will do a run OVERNIGHT for about 70 bucks. I can usually get 10 smallish boards for that. 1.25 square is the smallest size, must be square or rectangular.
