RE: A brick wall is diffusive, which is good

"A brick wall is diffusive, which is good". Yes, but these are fake bricks which might be good or bad!? "I definitely would move the mirrors -- maybe replace them with GIK diffusors, e.g., mounted in a frame and covered with Guilford cloth." I researched Guilford cloth & some of the products they have out are expensive (read $$$). I'm trying to keep this as inexpensive as possible. Can i get this Guilford cloth from a hardware or fabric store cheaper? "I don't think it would be any uglier than the sound diffuser panels.
