No PLC can address every issue plaguing power lines. As a result most PLC's address on certain specific issues. Some address certain aspects, which others may have neglected.
I used mine in an semi industrial area (zoned residential/commercial) so I faced a multitude of different issues. I used an MIT Z Stabilizer alone (I had three dedicated lines, all non black wiring with decent duplex outlets, all jumpered over between duplex outlets). I used a Shunyata only for my power amps. For the front end and digital I had a Tice model 4 (IIRC), modified, feeding A PS Audio 300, various VansEvers smaller units.
The key I found was that you need to isolate EERY component from each other.
