Another possibility for seperate lines, breakers and no ground loops: run seperate two conductor runs together in pvc counduit with a single massive safety ground to one big outlet/junction box.
This could be made to comply with NEC. I've speculated that this layout would be best in eliminating ground loops where the ambient noise fields are extreme, but Al pointed out to me that PVC conduit may add distortion to the AC. It's kind of a win some lose some scenario that might be a good choice in certain applications.
