I created a *.psu file of one possible solution.
You can drop the necessary voltage using two chokes and two 10 watt resistors.
Here are the values:
Rectifier: 5Y3G
C1 = 22 uF/600VDC
L1 = 9H, 700 Ohms DCR
C2 = 220 uF/450 VDC
L2 = 9H, 700 Ohms DCR
R1 = 3.3Kohm (10 watt)
C3 = 220 uF/ 450 VDC
R2 = 3.9 kohm (10 watt)
I get 110 VDC @ 40 ma to the load. If you send me a mail I can send you the file from the PSU so you can load it.
