Excellent and Cheap Tweak

I finally got off my butt and went out and purchased several 1-1/2" copper union to put over the IEC AC Plug on my amp, cd, and preamp.

Imaging is more stable, bass more defined and details and highs more open yet no longer in front of the rest of the music, sound stage improves as well as the imaging.

First heard of this tweak as part of the Marantz SA-7S1 CD/SACD player here at AA. You can see the tweaks at You Tube just type in the above model number. These tweaks would also work on any cd player.

I did the tweaks on the CD player as noted, then I thought about the pre and the amp and tried them their also for the fun of it. I went back and for several times and every time once the unions were in place the imaging and sound stabilized and the imaging really snap into focus and placement.
