This mat is but .3mm thick carbon fiber. It seems to work in draw players. Man, does it improve resolution and dynamics. I had to rerip everything to my music servers. I have yet to try it on DVDs, but suspect it would work there also. I have tried other cd mats, but none does what this one does.
