Digikey has the PEC. Also DIYHIFISUPPLY. There's a post somewhere here by Eli Duttman with the Digikey part number.

The switch is, IIRC a Mountain, also from Digikey. Search this forum and tube diy for references. Becareful when ordering that you get the number of switch positions you want. Most switches have 12 inputs but the wipers come pre-set for 2-6 positions.

The PEC didn't sound too good at first but with more hours its now sounding great, at least as good and in some ways better than the $65 TKD I put in some other gear.
