Side question: Do we normally connect wire lead directly to the receptacle when doing extension box such as hotbox from vhaudio? I have only one outlet, so it may be easier.

By the way, i'm looking for the best outlet 1 gang box. There are many types and brands in the market. Not sure if you know any , but if you do , please recommend. Is gang box aluminum? or steeL?
