In a nutshell you can run just about any (non-inverting) opamp single ended mode. You simply ground V- and use a voltage divider on the + input that offsets it to 1/2 of V+ and a capacitor on the output to remove the offset.

You will have to find the voltage divider they are using to offset the signal being fed to the + input and remove it. You may or may not need the output capacitor. Depends on how much offset running it with split supplies leaves.

Otherwise you are not really accomplishing anything.
